The development of high-tech knitted fabric
Shape, color and elasticity, tension, exposure defined, as well as
further requirements e.g. fire-resistance and breathability in
specific parts and points for attachments. Also defining the design
is first step in production flow. We then analyze the ideal threads
for the individual needs and produce digital designs, followed by
prototypes, each optimized in every version until the best solution
is gained in a data record. This is base for production of high-tech
knittings, either produced on our machines, or on the clients.
